Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after 3PM may be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Most orders will be delivered within 24-48 hours of your order, and will try and make your delivery NEXT DAY. We will call you to arrange delivery of your product.

Unlike most online shops, we perform deliveries of ALL of our orders in our OWN TRUCKS and all deliveries will be scheduled within a 2-4 hour time block.

Delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier disruptions.

Order Tracking

We will be in contact to make arrangements for delivery of your products. This will likely be within 24 hours of you order or next day.
