Our firewood is transported by truck from Queensland and stored on the ground in our yard. As such, it may contain dirt, dust, bark, or debris, and may be wet or damp due to weather conditions, including rain. These factors do not affect the suitability of the firewood for its intended purpose.

If you are particular about size, dryness, or presentation, you are welcome to visit our yard and select & pack your own firewood into your vehicle where it measured and sold by the cubic rate.

All firewood sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for firewood.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required, we will provide a remedy for any major failure, however natural variations and conditions outlined above do not constitute a failure of the product.
