 Efflock is a high-performance, water-based, and VOC-free liquid additive designed to make cement-based materials (concrete, mortar, grout, render) hydrophobic, preventing efflorescence and moisture penetration. It acts as a bulk impregnator, creating a water-repellent molecular structure inside pores without sealing them, allowing moisture to escape while locking out salts.
